Shipping Policy

GTX GAMING STORE  provides very convenient, fast, reliable shipping. We ship our products to customers via Leopards Courier and payment will be accepted upon delivery. For the moment we support only Cash on Delivery.

We also support super fast overnight delivery using which customer will be able to receive their order in maximum 36 hours.

We enclose your order in a solid cotton box and wrap plastic over it to avoid any damage to your order during shipping.

Heavy items that are upto 10kg or more than that are also shipped and customer can receive it in 7 days. It takes a bit more time but it’s affordable.

What will be the time duration of getting a refund?

  • Bank Deposit: around 7-12 business days once the quality check is done.
  • Credit Card Reversal: between 1-3 business days after doing the quality check.  
  • Store Credit: may take only 1-2 business days once the quality check is done
