How to Reset the Truefree A1 earbuds ?
1. Remove the pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices.
2. Place back both earbuds and make sure they are in charging status. Press and hold both tactile buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds until both indicators flash white twice.
Why are the earbuds still connected to my phone after placing back ?
1. The charging case is out of battery. The case will not turn off the earbuds if the case has no power left.
2. Please make sure the earbuds sit well in the charging case, and the charging contactors on both the earbuds and charging case are clean. If not, please try something like microfiber cloth to clean the contactors.
The earbuds are not pairing to my device ?
1. Turn off the Bluetooth and then turn it on
2. Clear the other pairing names on the device and remove the pairing record between the earbuds and other devices nearby
3. Restart the device
4. Reset the earbuds
