How to Reset ?
Please try the following steps if you fail building connection between two earbuds, or between earphones and device
1)Clear pairing records between earbuds and all your devices
2) Place both earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open, then long press the button of the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED light flashes white twice
